day two
Sitting in Dover, NH listening to the train rumble through town. It blasted twice a few minutes ago. Happy to be staying with my friend Aryn here-- and getting some cover from the rain today.
Ben and I biked 50 miles today from Portland to Dover. We both have friends working here for the Post Landfill Action Network (PLAN) and were pretty eager to get here. Although we started with pretty mild weather, about half-way through the trip it started to rain. We were pretty soggy by the time we reached town. Made it all the sweeter though.
No interviews today, but I hope to be able to record some stories with the folks here at PLAN. Apparently all of the PLAN-terns are working on crafting their "stories of self" (why they care and do what they do), which I'd love to record.
